Returns and Refunds

"All Sales are Final", Once you purchase an item and it is shipped it cannot be returned or refunded except for a few exceptions:

If the product ordered is not the product pictured or described when making purchase a refund can be issued once item is returned and inspected.

 If product ordered is defective or damaged upon opening package a refund or exchange can be issued once returned and inspected. Damage caused to orders by buyer/receiver are not eligible for a refund.

A refund will not be issued if you change your mind or if item does not fit. Dimensions for product size are in product descriptions please know your measurements before making a purchase. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds can be issued for orders that are late or not received. An item is considered late after 45 days. Though it normally takes 12-20 days to receive an order complications can happen and NativeShades allows up to 45 days for a customer to receive there order. After 45 days if order has not been delivered a refund will be issued upon notification and verification. All orders are tracked and orders shipped to a wrong address due to a customer filling in wrong information are not eligible for refund. If order is shipped to an address other than what the customer filled out then a refund will be issued. 

Our policy lasts 50 days. If 50 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Your Order confirmation email is acceptable as a receipt. 

A refund may be issued for orders cancelled before items are shipped. Usually items are shipped 1-2 days after purchase. If you wish to cancel a order it is best to do it within 24 hours of purchase. Once order has been shipped a refund will not be issued unless under stated circumstances. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 281 Ashton Woods Dr Martinez Georgia US 30907.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

When shipping your item make sure you get a tracking number and send us the tracking number. If item is not received and there was no tracking number sent no refund will be issued. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
