Returns Policy

Native Shades currently has an "All sales are final" return policy however items a can be returned for a full refund or exchange under certain conditions(you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

Shipping is free and we usually use standard shipping with USPS in the United States or UPS, Fedex , or other local post for other countries. We can ship to virtually any address in the world.However countries other than the United States or Canada may experience slightly longer shipping times. Shipping to the United States and Canada usually takes around 12-20 days. Delays with shipping and low stock do occur sometimes so we do allow up to 45 days before an item is considered late. If your order arrives late you can receive a full refund and keep your order free of charge. 

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email once their item is shipped and a tracking number for their order can be requested.
